Current bid $3,750 reserve not met, 13 bids, 1 day left in auction.

Sellers description:
1990 XJ-12 Van Dan Plas, with series 3 style body. This was a special order thru Canada to an owner in Buffalo. Speedo in Kilometers. List price was $67,000 and sold for $60,000, this was top of the line in 1990. I have the original sticker with the car and all manuals that came with the car. I bought this car 3 years ago with 42,000 miles and have approx. 46,0000 now. Drove the car back fron Vermont and had her up to 100 mph, she is rock solid and straight.

After buying car, I replaced the head liner, passenger side heater motor, had little parking lot dings removed and took care of surface rust just around exhaust pipes. This car has obviously been garaged all its life and I continued that care. The car only comes out in the summer and never in the rain. Everything is original and the paint and chrome is excellent. The seats are incredible and show no wear. The chrome looks new with no pitting. The burled walnut dash is beautifull and the door panels look new. This car has been babied. It is sitting on a set of Pirrelli 1000's with 8,000 miles. This car wants for nothing. It comes with 2 covers one for inside, one for outside. I never used the outside cover as it allowed rain thru, so the car has stayed in the garage. All gauges work and show no wear. Mechanically the care starts easily, brakes are high and stop straight. Trans shifts flawlessly.

After having the head liner done the sun roof didn't work, I however didn't care and chose not to have it looked at. If you can you should stop and see car or if you like I can take more pictures.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
